Hi, I'm Roland, a senior frontend engineer who loves turning complex problems into clean, maintainable interfaces. My home turf is Vue.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Nuxt, with Figma close at hand to bridge design and code.
I've built production frontends from scratch, translated design systems from Figma into production-ready components, and introduced workflows that help teams scale without losing momentum, all while working remotely since 2018.
Beyond the code, I care about people: I've led and mentored developers, and architected a fair, fully documented interview framework for hiring them.
